When I get more money again and settled into my new schedule with school and all I need to join a gym or the JCC so I can swim everyday @,@ but do I want to be soaking wet in the winter time… Grrr. What to do
today wasnt as bad as I thought with food, I washable to control myself =} thhough I didn’t really get the opportunity toot down the calories I was taking in I decided to just portion control the best I could.
Breakfast 11am = penne with 3 tbsp creamy tomato sauce and a chicken and spinach sausage I took out of it’s casing, had half a small/medium bowl of that, with some parmesano regiano probably splurged on that but I didn’t have anywhere as much as I used to dump on my pasta’s.
Then I went to josh’s we ran some errands, lots of silliness, cleaned most of his nasty car for him, I can only hope that kicks him in the butt to clean the rest himself finally… Afterwards, He was hungry so…
Lunch/dinner 5pm = red coat tavern with Josh, had one giant onion ring out of the 8, and ketchup, had half of one fish in a fish n chips dish, had maybe 1/4 the fries on the plate. Nibbled on some coleslaw, had half a Newcastle lager, beer thingy, which is a waste but it was soo heavy!
Bought myself a fishing pole, tried to fish, it started storming right then… Drove back to his place, showered, had sex, had a snack of which is bad; 2 light string cheeses, and 10 cool ranch doritos, most were small or half! serving size was 12, so i wasn’t too bad >..
